Who I am
I’m a strategic and results-oriented digital product manager with proven success in optimizing online shopping experiences using innovative tactics and customer-centric solutions. Skilled in systems thinking, user experience design, and data analytics, I’ve led several cross-functional teams to efficiency gains and revenue growth in the SEO, Landing Page, and Accessibility spaces in my 5 years at REI. 5 years at Recreational Equipment, Inc. in Program and Product Management Roles. Currently: Leading REI's Landing Page team, which is responsible for Category, Brand, Sale/Event, OptOutside, Outside in 5, and a several other high-profile, high-traffic templates.
- Developed and led content platform migration strategy for 18 landing page templates, reducing project plan by 6 months.
- Led rapid iteration and experimentation strategy for new customer facing features.
- Created the co-op's first in-house accessibility program with the goal of enabling inclusive participation online, in-store, and outside.
- Led conformance audits for REI.com and associated web properties, achieving 95% issue remediation.
- Implemented and scaled CI/CD automated accessibility testing, actively preventing regression in 90% of digital customer experiences.
- Built Arborist, boosting accessibility testing frequency by 99% (365 to 7 days) and reducing costs by 99% ($4.99 to $0.03 per page).
- Planned and launched the Accessibility Champions Program, with over 50 advocates engaged in empathy building and up-skilling.
- Contributed to the founding of REI’s first disability-focused employee resource group / inclusion network.
- Co-created a unique "insights factory" to expand digital product testing to regularly include 20+ assistive technology combinations.
- Awarded the Accessibility Culture Award at axeCon 2022.
- Received the Anderson Award, REI's highest honor, for our work on Accessibility in 2021. Nominated in 2020, 2021, and 2023.

- 4 years of architecting and optimizing search engine optimization strategies to the tune of six-figures for local and national brands.
- 2 years at Iowa State University: Teaching an experimental course on Search Engine Optimization for Journalism, Public Relations, and Advertising students.
